In the early 1800s a Tennessee landowner named John Bell is said to have killed a woman named Kate Batts. From beyond the grave she cursed his family bloodline. Over the years five Bell men have been driven insane or suffer an untimely death - John Ceallach, a direct descendent of John Bell, finds that his 14-year-old son is possibly the next victim. This series documents John's high-stakes personal journey as he sets out to "reverse the curse" and save his son.
