劇情簡介
嚴冬裡，在一個緬因州尋常小鎮上，校車司機Lesley結束了一天工作，正進行校車的例行檢查。一隻藍色知更鳥飛進了校車裡，一時吸引了她的注意力。鳥兒飛走的時候，Lesley已經轉移了思緒，她沒有注意到一個小男孩在後排座位上睡著了。這是一個具有嚴重後果的疏失。第二天早上，當她準備出發接學生，發現那個男孩已經處於昏迷狀態，瀕臨死亡。平凡生活中一個小疏失所引發的事件，使這個尋常小鎮陷入了一場指責、愧疚和令人心碎的情感風暴。

Synopsis
In the dead of a freezing winter, in small town Maine where nothing ever happens, school bus driver Lesley does her end-of-day check of the bus. In a moment of odd wonder a bluebird flies into the bus, gripping her attention for just seconds. As the unwary bluebird exits, Lesley’s mind has already moved on. Tragically, she has failed to notice a young boy asleep in one of the back row seats. It’s an oversight that has immense implications. The following morning, ready to start her school run, she comes across the boy – he is already in a coma and close to death. The incident, triggered by the intrusion of a tiny glitch in the fabric of mundane life, spirals the small ‘ordinary’ town into an emotional storm of blame, guilt and heartbreaking confrontation.
