Travis是一名患有腦性麻痺的年輕人，在雪梨租屋居住。某天，他在工作時反抗對他罷凌的人，卻因此丟掉了維修的工作。他去了一家酒吧解悶，當他看見喜劇新人Sunny被性別歧視者抨擊，他充分利用自己高超的諷刺能力來為她解圍。不久之後，這位喜劇演員找他來幫忙自己克服怯場的問題。

Synopsis
Travis is a young man with cerebral palsy, living in a ramshackle Sydney rental. When he loses his maintenance job after lashing out at bullies, Travis ends up in a pub, where he puts his withering sarcasm to good use defending Sunny, a reluctant up-and-comer on the comedy circuit, from a sexist heckler. He is soon after roped into helping the comedian overcome her shyness.
