Philipp Hochmair investigates undercover in an elite boarding school in Vienna. Aenne Schwarz is there as a teacher to help him find his way around the building. As the two get closer, he and his team come across one dark secret after the other. Commissioner Laura Janda relies on the help of her former boss Alexander Haller to solve a bizarre case. The retired director of an elite boarding school in Vienna was found burned in the private rooms of his school. Many seem to have a motive because the house seems to hide a number of dark secrets. Alexander can be smuggled in as a music teacher. The teacher Lotta Behrbach helps him find his way around the school building.
As an undercover investigator, Alexander Haller takes on an unusual criminal case: the director was set on fire in his own bed in an elite boarding school in Vienna. To find the killer, Commissioner Laura Janda smuggles her blind ex-boss as a music teacher.
When he meets the attractive colleague Lotta Behrbach, Alex is surprised by his feelings. For the first time since the death of his partner, he feels something for a woman again. In order not to endanger his work, however, he must keep his secret from Lotta. Alexander's intuition tells him that the perpetrator knows the school well. However, there are no traces, just as there are no suspects without an alibi. There is also no clue as to the motive, because the murdered man was a popular boss and excellent mediator on the highly sensitive terrain of the elite school.
This is exactly what makes Alexander's assistant Niko suspicious: he suspects dark sides, especially with the "super correct" ones! Indeed, it soon becomes apparent that the highly respected director had his secrets.

His assistant Niko (Andreas Guenther) reviews the family stories of some of the boarding school teachers and students. Teachers and pupils are suspected. Alexander and Niko realize that the director's vest wasn't quite as white ...
