Let’s Stay Together tells the real life situations of couples taking necessary courageous steps to navigate life, love and matrimony through the reel love lives of five young African-Americans professionals. Pediatrician Stacy (Nadine Ellis) is engaged to Charles (Bert Belasco), the contractor who renovated her kitchen: A relationship that was initially intensely fun, sexy yet promising, only to find the magic slowly wearing off after 6 months; In contrast, soaking up the joys of married life with twin boys in tow is couple Jamal (Reaco Lee) and Tasha (Joyful Drake), Stacy’s super fabulous sister/ drama queen: Will love be enough to tolerate the antics real drama queen? On the flip side, swinging single Kita (Erica Hubbard) – Charles’ sister – is in no hurry to settle down.
