Celebrity chef Bruno Menard gets a bite of inspiration and serves up a fancy dinner in a Thai resort. Three-star Michelin French chef, Bruno Menard, arrives in Krabi Province, Thailand, for a relaxing weekend at the stunning Pimalai Resort. Relaxing for the other guests that is -not him. He has a job to do, and that is to mastermind a fancy, private dinner to an exclusive number of visiting VIPs. His only brief is that his menu must take inspiration from the resort and the surroundings. And he has only 1 day to take us from thought to plate.
