AWKWAFINA IS NORA FROM QUEENS is a scripted comedy loosely based on Awkwafina’s (Nora Lum) real life growing up in Queens. Raised by her dad (BDWong) and grandma (Lori Tan Chinn) alongside her cousin (Bowen Yang), Nora leans on her family as she navigates life and adulating in outer borough NYC. Nora might have grown up in New York , but that doesn’t mean she’s a grown up.
