「私房和食大蒐秘」企圖要找到日本當地那些隱藏在鄉野市郊的地道美味。新一波探索日昇之國的旅遊方式已不再追隨傳統上適合觀光客的景點，而是探索隱匿、未知的地區，找尋那些不為人知的秘密寶物。四位美食老饕，包括了明星主廚李元日、偶像歌手金昭喜、日本文化教授金昭喜和喜劇演員黃榮珍（音譯）動身造訪日本較為冷門的地點——鹿兒島、岡山和山口縣——要揭露最正宗的私房和食。
BUCKET LIST attempts to find the real taste of Japan, hidden away in the outskirts of the land of the rising sun. The new trend of vacationing has been to shy away from traditional tourist-friendly locations to uncovering a hidden, unknown neighborhood, seeking hidden gems otherwise unknown to the general public. Four gourmets, consisting of star chef Lee Won-il, idol singer Kim So-hee, professor in Japanese culture Kim So-hee and comedian Hwang Yeong-jin travel around lesser-known Japanese neighborhoods - Kagoshima, Okayama and Yamaguchi - to uncover and discover the authentic, hidden taste of Japan.
