「婚戒故事」是一個極具娛樂性及吸引力的節目，多位伴侶將要分享他們求婚過程的每一個細節。每集30分鐘的節目中將會有三對伴侶，求婚者跟被求婚的一方會帶來照片或影片跟觀眾分享他們的求婚過程。若是沒有實物佐證的話，那對伴侶將會親自重演當時的情況。
