The Bridal Boot Camp, run by Molly White, organizes pre-marital yoga and counselling classes for brides and grooms before their wedding day. As Molly helps out Nick Dyson, a client highly sceptical of marriage, Molly herself gradually learns to free herself from her dreadful past with marital issues so that she can move on with life.
